The furniture of FILE FURNITURE WORKS is produced by skilled furniture craftsmen in the company's own workshop in the mountains, near the FILE Kyoto store, where beautiful shapes, tactile textures, and the airiness of the objects are treasured and new life is given to the furniture every day.
In the production process, each piece of furniture is considered an artwork,
each piece is completed after being refined as a form in careful work through the processes of 'sketch', 'miniature model' and 'mock-up’.
We continue to create furniture with a firm sense of value that is not influenced by the current trends of the world, even as times change.
